Consulting Room for Rent

We have a consulting room available for rent at our Gippsland clinic in Moe. It would be ideal for an allied health or complementary health practitioner. 

The clinic is located in an easy to access and busy shopping precinct with lots of foot traffic and free carparking for you and your clients. The clinic is easily accessible by public transport; it is only 50-metres from the nearest bus stop, and a quick 2-minute walk from Moe Railway Station. 

Full days, half days, and exclusive room rentals are available on a permanent basis. 

What is available for you:

The room is fitted out with a consulting desk and chair, two armchairs, and small children's table with chairs. This clinic has high ceilings and modern design that creates a sense of space and openness. Our warm and welcoming reception area, offers water and tea/coffee facilities. 

Included in the rent:

Wi-Fi, EFTPOS/HICAPS use, air-conditioning, heating, waiting area, bathroom, kitchen facilities, and all outgoings.
